Wenn Sie den Verdacht haben, dass an Ihrer Schule oder der Schule Ihres Kindes gegen das Neutralitätsgebot verstoßen wird, sollten Sie das Gespräch mit dem betroffenen Lehrer und der Schulleitung suchen.
Wichtig ist, dass Sie den Vorfall schildern und konkret begründen, warum aus Ihrer Sicht ein Verstoß gegen das Neutralitätsgebot vorliegt. Die wichtigsten rechtlichen Grundlagen haben wir Ihnen hier zusammengestellt. Oft lässt sich schon mit klarer rechtlicher Argumentation eine Änderung des Verhaltens des betreffenden Lehrers erreichen.
Sollte ein sachliches und ehrliches Gespräch jedoch keine Besserung bringen, oder wenn Sie bei offener Kritik schlechtere Noten befürchten, wenden Sie sich an Menschen, die Ihnen vertrauensvoll zur Seite stehen.
